About Your Osteopaths

  • Registered Osteopath

Freya is a passionate and dedicated osteopath who graduated from The London School of Osteopathy in 2025. With a lifelong interest in human movement, performance, and well-being, her journey into osteopathy was natural.

From a young age, Freya immersed herself in the world of sport, competing as a county-level swimmer and later representing the Southwest nationally as a Tetrathlete — a demanding multi-discipline sport combining running, swimming, shooting, and horse riding. These formative experiences shaped her understanding of the physical demands on the body and inspired her interest in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.

Her academic path reflected this passion, strongly leaning toward science and human biology throughout school. Osteopathy offered the perfect combination of hands-on care, holistic thinking, and scientific understanding — aligning with her interests and her desire to help others live active, pain-free lives.

Freya enjoys treating a wide range of patients, from athletes and active individuals to office workers, older adults, and everyone in between. She takes a patient-centred, evidence-informed approach, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual’s lifestyle, goals, and specific needs.

An osteopathy session with Freya begins with a detailed case history to understand your pain concerns and medical background. This is followed by a thorough physical examination, assessing relevant areas such as muscles, joints, gait, and posture. Based on these findings, Freya provides a tailored treatment incorporating techniques like soft tissue work, joint mobilisations, and articulations. She also offers personalised exercise plans and lifestyle advice to support your recovery and overall well-being.

Outside of the clinic, she still enjoys staying active, particularly through swimming and spin classes. Her continued fascination with the body and its potential keeps her motivated to stay up to date with current research and continuing professional development.

Freya has a keen interest in nutrition and is committed to expanding her expertise through further study. Aiming to incorporate evidence-based nutritional guidance into her patient care to provide support on their wellness journey.
